Normally, usually, this should be the cycle.
This is what is supposed to be happening.
By right, I should be able to regain my cheerfulness after a night's sleep (rest).
By right.
Thought maybe I was just a little too tired or something yesterday.
Suddenly feeling sad, and even somewhat slightly irritated with myself.
Went to bed early yesterday.
By right, I should be feeling fine now.
But no.
I still feel moody.
And sad.
And tired.
