episode: -> badminton + thoughts. <-
went Charlene's house to look for Charlene again.
she has classes tomorrow.
(she has no classes today; sort of like the last day of holiday for her)
her uncle bear bear has classes today though.
(they begin school today)
we did stupid stuff together again.
we played badminton.
(the wind was strong though; the shuttlecock kept straying away from its original path)
we played at the playground.
(alot of foreign workers sleeping around though; afternoon naps probably)
we cooked instant noodles.
(she complained that i cook very slow; mine was dry noodles what; what to do)
we went Tampines again.
(barely got time to walk around properly; her uncle bear bear called..)
went Singapore Management University (SMU) to fetch her uncle bear bear.
went Toa Payoh to eat chicken chop.
(they ate; i was still feeling pretty full from the instant noodles)
went uncle bear bear's house to scourge for badminton rackets and shuttlecock.
(his golden retriever, Sasha, had to keep biting Charlene and my feet. x_x)
went SAFRA (i think) to book badminton court and begin our game! :)
went straight home after that.
uncle bear bear said he was tired.
(probably he would sleep all the way until tomorrow morning; Charlene is his alarm clock)
Charlene wants to study her Statistics.
(she has Statistics classes tomorrow noon)
i developed a slight headache.
(cousin Belinda forced me to read the Japanese manga "Vampire Knight (吸血鬼骑士)" online first before she would read it. -_-")
i have decided.
my luck is indeed pretty terrible.
not only do i keep meeting such people.
i don't even get to taste the good food Charlene and Thaddeus were so strongly recommending.

i have decided.
fairy tales and fantasy stories are stupid.
there is a reason why children and teenagers love reading them.
because they depict a world where there exists a happy ending no matter what.
a "happily ever after" ending..
plain silly.
nothing of this sort exist.
it takes two hands to make such a happy ending work.
commitment is the key.
one-sided effort is never going to succeed.
i seriously want to laugh.
how stupid. how naive. how dumb.
we actually once thought that perseverance and working hard enough on one side will indeed contribute to a happy ending.
i seriously need to grow up.

happiness is by how we see the world.
contentment. satisfaction. greediness.
we are already more fortunate compared to many others living in this world.
why aren't we happy though.
somehow we become greedier.
we become harder to please.
we yearn for more than necessary.
miscommunication is by how one another misunderstands each other.
keeping secrets from each other is how one another's trust is misplaced.
thinking too much is when we begin jumping to conclusions too early.
not explaining or making ourselves clear leads to only more complications.
not hearing each other out is a worse mistake to begin with.
these each and every inter-personal skills we have to learn.
it is indeed a long way ahead..~ Beautiful Season ~
