episode: -> the thing about h u r t. <-
had a really really long pleasant chat with a friend before sleep.
(both of us agreed we haven't had such a significant chat with each other for ages. zzzz. -_-")
brought back alot of buried memories though.
(we just happened to be talking about it)
happy, sweet, touching, silly, emotional, troubled, sad, devastating, painful, hurting.. (etc.) memories.
it is then did i realise, even though i have gotten over (and survived) the devastating periods of pain, hurt, and loss..
the hurt never goes away.it is always there.it runs deep.tearing you apart from the insides.recalling the past
still can make me cry.
out of hurt, pain, despair, dismay, and helplessness.
that is the extent of the impact.
