i am not the type of person to check my NUS email regularly.
(except maybe my personal email)
i am glad i checked tonight, and not only two days later.
i just discovered with a pleasant surprise that i managed to get myself nominated into "Asia Now! IARU NUS Global Summer Programme".
the summer programme will take place from 29th June 2009 to 31 July 2009.
(i have no need to study special semester II anymore, which was my initial intention)
i didn't manage to get my first choice module (out of three), "Re-making the Global Economy: The Rise of Asia", but instead received my second choice: "Asia.Com - Media and Emerging Technologies in the Asian Landscape".
i hope it won't be too difficult, involving computing or technology too in-depth.
i am supposed to be staying in school residential areas during the summer term somemore, instead of my home sweet home.
it would cost me some S$12 per night, for the whole of five weeks, living in a C-grade residential room.
ohmygod ($$ flying away again).
fortunately still within Singapore, at the very least.
i am happy though. :)
i thought this application was already gone case.
