we had an official welcome lunch with the relevant important big shots, including the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) dean, and the Asia Now! organising committee etc.
it was a much better lunch buffet, featuring exotic Singaporean food, than yesterday-yesterday's more pathetic dinner buffet. >.<
