woah! it's been really quite a loooong while since i have last blogged.
(wanted to blog, but simply lacks the mood, i guess)
i even almost sort of somewhat forgotten my password in order to log in. boo!
latest (little) updates about myself, not that they are important anyways, but since this is (after all) my blog.. uh wells:
1. Zhi Rong is overseas.He is away for NUS-UCLA Summer Programme, which is actually similar to the NUS-UNSW Summer Programme i've went December last year. the only significant differences being, summer's June - July for UCLA, but December - January for UNSW; and he's able to select and map back his modules, in contrast to us, where our modules are already fixed. He will be away, in US, Los Angeles (and a little of San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas.. etc.), studying in UCLA, from 15th June 2009 - 3rd August 2009.
2. Asia Now! Global Summer Programme.. very very soon.i shall be (supposedly) away from my home-sweet-home, but still within the islands of Singapore, staying in NUS (PGP residence) from 28th June 2009 - 31st July 2009. i am assigned to three buddies, since the no. of NUS students participanting in this summer programme is apparently much lesser than the foreign international students (let's not count the no. of Singaporeans). i shall be studying a level3000 South-East Asian module on media and technology, and the grade is going to be credited as a letter grade itself. ohmytian! let's pray hard i'd do well, despite it being a summer programme, and we are obliged to be nice hosts to the visiting foreign students to our beautiful garden city.
3. "Divine Divinity", a year 2002 released PC-game.ahhhh! quite a recent addiction, being recommended by Zhi Rong to keep my mind occupied while he is away. it is indeed doing its job pretty well for now. dots. he recommended me "Neverwinter Nights" (another old pc-game) too, together with an expansion pack with it. not sure if i would have the time to try out "Neverwinter Nights" during this holidays, since i haven't even barely completed half of "Divine Divinity". boo.
4. "07-Ghost", an ongoing latest production of Japanese anime series.errrr, yet another very recent addiction, which i accidentally happened to stumble across. the story is pretty good, very mysterious and intriguing, farnee (sometimes), very sad and emotional too.. etc. not forgetting, graphics is pretty cool as well. not planning to go into its manga yet, since its anime hasn't even unfold much of its main plot.. yet.
5. cousin Belinda is back.she is back for her summer vacation from US, Berkeley, but is currently working hard as an intern. she requested to borrow my PS2 so as to re-complete "Final Fantasy X" and "Final Fantasy X-2". errrr, i am clueless as to what's so great about those two games, maybe i should try out the games myself next time. much to catch up on, hope to see her very soon! ^^ she will be leaving back for school on 4th July 2009.
6. Chuan Yuan is back.woahhhh, he is back too. "quarantined" at home for now, but back since 18th! time seriously flies. heard he managed to tour the whole of east-US. 好厉害!
7. Vivien is back.wowwww, she is back as well, just landed this morning (21st). time really flies. heard she toured quite a few countries in Europe during her Student Exchange Programme to Coperhagen (Denmark). *envious* la~!
8. Shuyun turns 21.. very very soon.she is celebrating her 21st birthday early, on 27th June 2009, hahaha! :D i can't wait. ^^ take-loads-of-pictures-time, she promised! *winks*
9. That's it for now.i am pretty sleepy already. Zhi Rong just managed to get internet access, and came online to tell me he's safe and stuff. boo. school's starting for him tomorrow, i think. hee hee.
