i think my migraine is beginning to act up again.
i am experiencing more frequent migraine attacks nowadays. after being freed from migraine attacks for slightly less than a year.

Panadol is rendered useless now.
i think i may have to go back to taking migraine medication. that of which contains caffeine. -_-"

nonetheless i went out for a walk. despite that persistent stupid headache somewhere in my head.
went Bedok Central. for an early supper.
木瓜牛奶 more like it. i love the sweet cold milk.

wanted to buy some snacks (or junk food) back initially. but everything seems fattening.
i have never restricted the amount of rubbish i put into my mouth. but maybe i should. now.
so i left NTUC FairPrice empty-handed. not that i regretted.
drinking more water should do the trick.

my terrible migraine attack today induced nauseousness in me. snatched my appetite away too.
i didn't eat anything the whole day. except drink my usual glass of milk.
neither did i manage to finish eating my dinner. my headache wouldn't let me.
came home after my little walk to finish up my leftover dinner.

i hope i wouldn't get food poisoning or something.
i witnessed a young (not baby) lizard jumping off my plate. off the table too. @ lightning speed.
shouldn't waste food. even though that lizard shared my food without my permission.
whatever. just don't let me fall sick.
