episode: -> Eye Health Screening. <-
before i went to bed yesterday night (actually morning already). i heard thunder repeatedly.
the whole sky was orange-pink. but it didn't rain..
..until this morning. -_-"
outside LT32; after statistics lecture.(dark clouds looming overhead)
bus 96 - clementi MRT station (in a distance).(took bus 96 again. simply because it came before bus 95)

eye health screening record form.(yay. my degree remains constant)
RK Pachometry.(yes. i have thick corneas. abnormality)
registered for the eye health screening two months ago. went for the test scheduled today.
first; they checked my visual acuity for both my left and right eyes.
(nothing special)
second; they instructed me to stare straight into some machine. where the machine ejects out spurts of air forcefully into my eyes. so as to measure my intraocular pressure.
(i was pretty shocked. teared a bit of course)
third; they dipped some solution into my eyes to numb them. then they took some pointy pen-like equipment to poke into my eyes. so as to measure my corneas' thickness.
(my eyes felt farnee and swollen after that. kept tearing too)
fourth and last; consulted one of the eye doctors with my results.
he said my intraocular pressure is high. normal should be within the range 11 - 21. i am 23 - 24. :Z
he also said my corneas are thick. normal should be of below 0.600mm thick. i am 0.628 - 0.638mm thick. :X
but he concluded that my eyes are healthy. :)
the eye surgeon added that my eyes are good for LASIK surgery though. x_x
