episode: -> Nostalgia. <-
boo.
feeling nostalgic suddenly.
i realise how much i used to love sketching and dancing.
especially jumping and bouncing around. (with or without apparent reason)
i realise how much i used to enjoy Chinese Society (drama section) CCA activities.
especially with my team members - Zheng Hao, Wen Zheng, Gladys and Huai Yuan. (which despite being a small group, we were very close and work was very productive)
(and also others who have given us much help and encouragement in some ways or another)
i realise how much i used to enjoy being part of the production crew in 海城之夜. (interaction with other four teams and their plays)
especially being given the opportunity to be the director and audio in-charge of my team and play "4D父子". (since there were only four members, each of us had to work twice as hard to cover for the shortage of manpower)
i realise how much i used to enjoy being in national inter-school drama competitions. (from being an actress in Cedar to being the director + audio i/c in Victoria; i was under sopranos in choir in Saint Margaret's, a complete different genre)
they were fun, wonderful and valuable experiences for me nevertheless.
the pros of being in a small group of only four members..
we were given the chance to work closely together and understand each other better, thus became closer friends. (team bonding is important!)
we had no problems splitting the amount of prize money we received from winning the competition. (each of us worked equally hard to make the play a success, thus we get to share a larger portion of the prize money too as when compared to a bigger group)
okie. zzzz. lame. the last point is rubbish.
i realised how much i used to enjoy being around my class 05S19. (class segregation was inevitable, but we enjoyed each others' company nonetheless)
i love my clique. i love the rubbish we talked. i love the bridge + daidee sessions we had.
i love my seven princesses (in order of their princessy rank) - Gwen, Mei Hong, Charlene, Shuyun, Li Wei, Wei Yen and Jacqueline. (oops. Gwen was from Temasek and Jacqueline wasn't really close to us though)
including Maria the maid - Jiaming (Ah-Ming-ge!) and "his" virtuous wifey Jingjing - Yujiao.
to sum it all up.
i miss Victoria!
