episode: -> Singtel MIO Plan. <-
i always thought my new MIO plan month begins on the 12th of each month.
because the technician came to fix the MIO box in our house (+ MIO services) on the 12th of August.
goodness who knows the Singtel bill decides to compute each month to be starting on the 19th to the 18th of next month instead.
i knew of nothing about this..
until father came up to me to enquire about the MIO Voice basic VAS package (3 months free; but 3 months ending soon).
and some slight extra charges incurred in addition to the supposedly fixed monthly bill of S$69.29 (if i didn't remember wrongly).
he showed me the bill.
that was when i got quite a shock.
i always keep track of the number of sms-es i sent each month.
and try to use up all my free 500 sms-es by the end of the month (if it hasn't already been used up; or worse exceeded).
Sony Ecrisson W850i has a button i always accidentally press on.
or worse if i didn't lock my keypad properly.
GPRS charges incurred too. because of that dumb button! x_x
this month is record-breaking month.
i exceeded my 500 sms-es limit by at least 150 sms-es.
150 sms-es?! that cost a freaking S$7.875! x_x
not including the number of times i accidentally accessed GPRS.
i am waiting patiently for the bill to come.
