feeling loads better now.
popped two Panadol pills in without hesitation.
(i normally try my best not to take any medication unnecessarily; but the pain was really killing me then)

i realised what issit that i am lacking in..
is to have a clear goal in mind.
i have never really thought over properly what issit that i want to pursue in life.
(family pretty much interferes and decides for me instead)
