episode: -> LAST bus. missing. <-
this is the first time i couldn't catch a bus home. on time.
not even the LAST bus. of every possible bus i could think of.
i thought i was going to get myself stranded in Tampines, thanks to my stupidity and carelessness. -_-"
apparently, buses 8 and 15 end their services as early as 2300 hours.
buses 22 and 65 wave their last good-byes (for the day) to Tampines bus interchange as late as 2330 hours.
buses 3 and Townlink 293 continue to render their services to as late as 0040 hours.
bus 28 makes a move for Toa Payoh latest 0000 hours.
i didn't realise there wasn't going to have any buses 8 or 15 coming.
thus i waited.. for nothing.
i thought maybe i could catch the last buses of 22 or 65.
i ignored the coming bus 28.
rushing to Tampines bus interchange, i witnessed the LAST bus 22 left, without any passenger on board.
(there wasn't even any LAST remnants of bus 65)
again i waited.. without realising anything.
when the clock strikes midnight, did i then realised something was terribly wrong.
i frantically searched around for any alternate buses that could lead me home.
but there was none.
buses 3 and Townlink 293 were useless to me, but they kept coming.
desperate.
i ran for the LAST bus 28 (at 0004 hours).
i heard some guy said, "it is late by FOUR minutes."
HAHA! :XXX
bus 28 will NOT go straight to my house.
it will however, takes its time to meander around Tampines happily instead.
before stopping at around Bedok Reservoir.
knowing this, i still have to take it.
simply because there aren't anymore buses that could bring me closer to home.
bus 28 left Tampines at 0005 hours.
it reached Bedok Reservoir at 0025 hours.
LAST bus 21 also is to reach the stop at 0025 hours.
it may or may not be coming.
i don't know.
thus i took a cab home.
S$6.60 just for going straight up all the way to my block, along Bedok Reservoir Road. -_-"
