i am sad, yet in pain; unable to move much at times, afraid to only aggravate or intensify the pain.

the terrible throbbing feeling of a bad headache (tends to be found on the left side of my heavy head), coupled with the horrible feeling of nauseaness.
the throb(s) can at times be so bad that, even my vision may be slightly affected.
i could like, somehow, see some sort of shadows of my blood pulsing through the vessels in my eyes, synchronised with the throbbing effects in my head somemore.
i only feel worse than ever. @_@

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (today), consecutively.
i have tried ignoring, insisting on not swallowing those panadol pills, but i still gave in in the end.

i am tired.

and.

i am scared of the accumulated effects of panadol a.k.a. paracetamol.
